What's New in Warzone Mobile Season 3: News Playlsts, Guns, Battle Pass, Bundles, and More

Season 3 was released on 3rd April 2024, and offers many new items, characters, weapons, and more. It's also an Optimization Update which will further reduce In-game lag on many devices. There are many weapons which are nerf and buff in this Season 3. In this article, you'll know whats new is added in Season 3 of Warzone Mobile.

1. 6v6 Rust:

Rust is a small-sized map that offers a desert feeling. It contains an oil yard and a large central tower. You can see the complete map view from this tower. The Rust map contains shipping containers where you can cover your body from enemy damage.

We also see the Rust map in COD Mobile, but Warzone Mobile offers a better and more professional look of the Rust. The map is Square in shape, where you need to play in close-quarter combat. However, Rust is a slightly larger map than Shipment.

Right now, 6v6 Rust is added as a Multiplayer playlist in Warzone Mobile. I played a match on this map, and I like the gameplay.

2. Plunder:

Plunder is a great Battle Royal mode that is played on a Verdansk map. In Plunder, you need to battle and earn the most cash from others to win the match.

The first team that earns $2 Million In-game, gets an extra three minutes. During this time, the money that a team collects will be worth double its normal amount.

The top-earning team will declare the winner at the end. If you die in the game, you'll be respawned again and allowed to start collecting money.

Plunder is a good BR mode for those who love to battle for money in the game.

3. Buy Back Battle Royal:

The Buy Back Battle Royal is a playlist that is similar to a normal Verdansk BR map. But, it has no Gulag to fight in for a second chance after you die. Instead, you get one automatic respawn chance in the game.

In Duos, Trios, and Squad, you have an option to purchase a respawn for any teammate who hasn't made their second chance count, which helps to bring it back to the game.

Buy Back Battle Royal is an interesting game mode, which is a quiet challenging for every player. This is because the Verdansk map with no Gulag is interesting.

4. UAV Towers:

UAV Towers help you to navigate the enemies' location on a Tac map in a small radius. You can navigate UAV Towers on your In-game Rebirth Island map. Once, you activate UAV Tower, the audible alarm goes to your opponents which makes them alert, and you can see their locations in a small radius.

New Weapons in Season 3 Warzone Mobile:

There are four new weapons which are added in Season 3. The FJX horus, MORS Sniper, and Gladiator melee are added at the start of Season 3. While the BAL-27 will be added later in this season. Here is the break down of these new weapons in WZM:

1. FJX Horus:

FJX Horus is a SMG weapon, offering a great fire rate, damage, and mobility. It's a compact-sized SMG which can give good experience in close-quarter combat. 

2. MORS Sniper:

The MORS Sniper rifle offers great damage and penetration power, which is suited for long-range. It offers good handling, accuracy, and bullet velocity, which is unlocked at Tier 20 of Battle Pass.

3. Gladiator Melee:

The Gladiator is a punch knife that gives a decent killing experience. It's compact and offers good handling and mobility.

4. BAL-27:

BAL-27 is an Assault weapon which offers good design and its range is suited for closer to medium-quarter combat. Its design is inspired by the Cordite weapon in COD Mobile.

Events in Season 3 Warzone Mobile:

Season 3 offers four events that feature different rewards:

Week 1: The Recruit (April 3 - April 10)

2. Week 2: The Assassin (April 11 - April 17)

1. 5 rewards

3. Week 3: To the Metal (April 18 - April 24)

4. Week 4: Cover Me (April 25 - May 1)

Optimizations Made in Season 3:

1. Android Optimizations:

1. Adjusted Default settings for Android devices.
2. Fixed: The game takes time to load graphics on the map.
3. Resolved: Verdansk Bugs, i.e. Vehicles and Buy Stations.
4. Rejoin feature added.

2. Device Temperature:

1. Default FPS is adjusted to avoid overheating issues.

3. Graphics:

1. Graphics will load before joining the game, which will help in faster visuals.
2. FPS adjusted for low or medium-tier devices.

4. Gameplay Difficulty:

1. Adjusted level of difficulty.
2. Balance Matchmaking will made between the controller and touch players.

After installing this update, I feel that Warzone Mobile is more optimized than the previous season. I notice that the lag is reduced and graphics are loading faster. However, Activision should work on Warzone Mobile's optimizations for mid-range devices, because it's still lagging in my device.

New Warzone Mobile Lobby Screen:

Warzone Mobile offers a new lobby screen after the Season 3 update. It features a Loadout and Gunsmith, Bundles, and Store option on the bottom left side. While the bottom right side contains Matchmaking options. This UI is looking nice compared with the previous one.

Season 3 Battle Pass:

The Season 3 Battle Pass offers many character skins, weapon skins, and other rewards up to 100 Tier. The FJX Horus SMG unlocks at Tier 40 whereas MORS Sniper unlocks at Tier 20 for free. The character skins contain Snoop Dogg II, Snoop Dawg Blackcell, Dominus, Akuma, Corsair, Cardinal, Scalpel, Banshee, Cask, Saboteur, Hush, and Fenrir. The Season 3 Battle Pass costs 1100 CP and the rewards in it are worth it for your money.

If you've not updated the Warzone Mobile to Season 3, then visit your Play / App Store and update the game. Season 3 has reduced the lag and fixed most bugs in the game. Along with that, it features a new Battle Pass and 4 new weapons. The 6v6 Rust and Plunder is added as a Playlist, so hurry up to play these game modes.
